Jody Adams, Trade Team Planning to Open New Restaurant in Boston's Back Bay

It looks like a James Beard Award winning chef who is behind two Boston-area restaurants is partnering with the co-owners of one of the dining spots on a brand new restaurant.

Eater Boston is reporting (via a licensing board page) that Jody Adams of Rialto in Cambridge and Trade on the Boston waterfront is teaming up with fellow Trade co-owners Sean Griffing and Eric Papachristos to open an as-of-yet unnamed dining spot within Avalon at Prudential Center in the Back Bay, with the proposed restaurant including both casual and formal dining rooms as well as a bar, lounge, raw bar, and an outdoor patio. Little else is known about the place at this point in time, though more information may come out at its meeting with the city of Boston, which takes place on August 26.

In addition to being a James Beard Award winner, Jody Adams also competed in Season Two of BRAVO's "Top Chef Masters" series.

The address for this proposed restaurant in the Back Bay is 780 Boylston Street, Boston, MA, 02199.
