Clover's Newbury Street Location Appears to Be Back On

More than two years ago, we reported that the people behind a number of vegetarian food trucks and brick-and-mortar restaurants were planning to open a sidewalk cafe in Boston's Back Bay. Now after a long stretch with no news on the place, it appears that this might be happening after all.

According to several sources--including a new post from Eater Boston--a sign is now up for Clover on Newbury Street (by the Hynes MBTA station), and a job posting for the location is up for the site. It is still not known exactly when the 275-square-foot cafe might open; as soon as we find out more, we will post an update here.

EB also mentions that a larger restaurant may be on the way to Boston as well, though there are no details on that spot as of yet.
