Stuffed Sandwiches Food Truck Hits the Streets of Boston

A new food truck has come to Boston, and this one features a type of sandwich that is very well known in another city several hundred miles to the west.

Eater Boston is reporting (via Hub Food Trucks) that Stuffed Sandwiches is now up and running, with the truck currently stationed at both Clarendon Street in the Back Bay and Cleveland Circle in Brighton. The menu includes a Stuffed Fat Cat (double cheeseburger, fries, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup), a Stuffed Nini (cheesesteak, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, fries, honey mustard sauce), a Stuffed Ramano (cheese steak, egg, pork roll, fries, lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup), and a Stuffed FRAT (chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, fries, BBQ sauce).

The stuffed sandwich is a popular food item in Pittsburgh, with a landmark restaurant there called Primanti Bros. offering them to diners since the 1930s. (A number of locations of the eatery can be found in Pittsburgh and the surrounding area today.)
