Bagelsaurus Is Opening in Cambridge

The woman behind a "micro-bagel-bakery" that is located within a Brookline sandwich shop is going to be opening a shop of her own in Cambridge.

A License Commission General Hearing page within the City of Cambridge website indicates that Mary Ting Hyatt is planning to open Bagelsaurus on Mass. Ave. in the Porter Square section of the city. Based on the post, it looks like the shop will have seating for just under 20 and would tentatively be open from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday through Sunday.

Hyatt currently sells her bagels within Cutty's on Washington Street in Brookline Village on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 AM until she runs out of bagels.

[August 5 update: Boston Magazine mentions that Bagelsaurus could be opening on October 1, and that Mary Ting is hoping she will be able to continue to supply bagels to customers at Cutty's in Brookline as well.]

[October 14 update: Bagelsaurus has not yet opened, but The Boston Globe states that it plans to soft-open on Sunday (October 19).]

[October 21 update: According to a picture sent from Rich O's Ravings, Bagelsaurus did not soft-open on Sunday, but does plan to open later this week.]
