A Spoonful of Ginger Returning to the Museum of Fine Arts, March 28, 2011

A culinary event returns to the Museum of Fine Arts next month, and this time around, the event will be held in the museum's new wing.

An email sent to us by Bishoff Communications indicates that A Spoonful of Ginger will be held in the MFA's new Art of the Americas wing on Monday, March 28, and once again, it will benefit the Joslin Diabetes Center's Asian American Diabetes Initiative (AADI). The event, which will run from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, will feature a number of area chefs, including Ming Tsai of Blue Ginger, Jasper White of Summer Shack, Joanne Chang of Flour Bakery and Myers + Chang, Wesley Chen of Changsho, Jose Duarte of Taranta, and others.

Tickets to the 2011 Spoonful of Ginger cost $250 each, with all proceeds going to Joslin's AADI.
